On Friday May 13, 2016 took place the traditional End of the Year BBQ, organized by Spain@MIT. All attendees could enjoy an awesome paella made by one of the members of our association, as well as a large variety of Spanish appetizers and great BBQ dishes that were made on the outdoor grills of Sidney-Pacific. Following the tradition in our association, Spanish beers were brought to us by Grupo Damm!
The BBQ marks the end of an academic year full of events, but also the beginning of a new exciting phase for Spain@MIT. The new committee was introduced to the community and new ideas will be soon put into practice, reinforcing our presence in the social media. Spain@MIT would like to thank the GSC and Grupo Damm for making this event a great success.
