Juanjo Garau

My name is Juanjo Garau, and together with María Esteban, I am the Culture, Industry, and Science Co-Chair of Spain@MIT. In this role, I would like to organize seminars and talks by high-level Spanish scientists, engineers, public figures, managers, and thinkers. With this talks, I specially look forward to contributing to the outreach of the Spanish community at MIT.

I am currently a Master’s student in the department of Aeronautics and Astronautics at MIT. I conduct my research at the System Architecture Lab and it focuses on AI for dynamic resource allocation in high throughput satellites. Prior to MIT, I completed a double degree in Telecommunications Engineering and Industrial Engineering at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. I am originally from a small paradise known as Mallorca.
