On Saturday September 26th, 2015, more than 60 Spain@MIT members and friends got together to welcome the new-comers to the Spanish community and celebrate the beginning of the academic year! This event has become a tradition for the Spanish community and we enjoyed the warm company around typical Spanish products like queso manchego, jamon serrano, banderillas, ensaladilla rusa, tortilla de patatas, and of course a huge paella ! We also enjoyed some delicious Estrella Damm beer and some sangria. This year, we also had the visit of MIT’s beaver, TIM !!
